Steve-O says drugs fried his brain
Steve-O seems to be rethinking his message. His official web site bears the tag line, “Where self-destruction is funny,” but his July 3rd post is more of a warning. He writes, “I’ve now been clean for 115 days, and I’m, again, in a mental institution. I did so much cocaine, ketamine, pcp, nitrous oxide, and all sorts of other drugs, that, quite simply, my brain is fucked up.” He says he checked into the facility to deal with severe mood swings and depression. He continues, “The bottom line is that doing drugs fucked my ass up and I’m going to be paying for it for a long time, probably for the rest of my life.”
He’s got a challenge ahead of him, to say the least, considering that he’s staked his career on being out of his mind.
