Great news for Britney, if it’s true! It’s being widely reported online that Spears was selected by Quentin Tarantino to star in his remake of Faster Pussycat! Kill! Kill! The film, described on IMDB as a “trash classic,” follows 3 strippers who set out to rape and pillage in the desert. While drag-racing, they meet a young couple, perfect for terrorizing.

Britney is rumored to have the part of leader Varla, who kicks off the action by killing the boyfriend with her bare hands. The strippers then kidnap the girlfriend, and the foursome enjoy a violent journey through the desert. Didn’t Tarantino already make this film?

Earlier rumors had porn star Tera Patrick as Tarantino’s first choice for Varla. However, the director seems to have a thing for helping stars launch comebacks, as he did for John Travolta and Pam Grier. Spears’ career could certainly use a shot of something new and different, and we know she has the moves.
